What we promise

Every fruit on HelloRaw is hand-graded by us at dawn for ripeness, weight, and skin. The off ones don't make the bag. Each order is cold-chained from our store to your door in insulated packaging with a temperature logger. The chain is never broken.

The replacement guarantee

If a single piece in your order arrives below standard — soft when it shouldn't be, bruised, off, sour — we replace the whole item. No photos required. No questions asked.

Why we can promise this

Premium produce costs more because it's sourced and handled differently. We buy direct from select GI-tagged orchards (Ratnagiri, Gir, Himachal). We pay our suppliers a premium for hand-picking. We grade twice — once at the farm, once at our store. We staff a dedicated rider fleet rather than relying on third-party last-mile, so the cold chain holds. The replacement rate is low because the bag is good.
