Shipping policy

At HelloRaw, we treat shipping the same way we treat the fruit — carefully, with cold-chain end-to-end, and on time. Most orders are dispatched and delivered within 60 minutes through our in-house South Kolkata fleet.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver only within Kolkata, through our in-house delivery fleet. We do not ship outside Kolkata. If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery zone, please WhatsApp us at +91 98305 72474 before placing an order.
Operating Hours
Our delivery service runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST, seven days a week. Orders placed outside these hours are queued and dispatched at the start of the next operating window.
Delivery Time
Most orders are picked, packed, and delivered within 60 minutes of order confirmation, depending on location and traffic. You will receive a confirmation message when your order is dispatched, along with the rider's name and contact number.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges depend on the distance from our South Kolkata hub:
- Up to 3 km: Free delivery on orders above ₹1,000.
- 3 km – 5 km: ₹50 additional delivery charge.
- 5 km – 7 km: ₹100 additional delivery charge.
- 7 km – 9 km: ₹150 additional delivery charge.
- 9 km – 15 km: ₹200 additional delivery charge.
Distance is measured from our South Kolkata hub to your delivery address. Distance brackets and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout based on your pincode.
Order Processing
Every order is picked and graded by hand at the time of dispatch — we do not pre-pack perishable fruit. Dry fruits and gift hampers are packed in vacuum-sealed, food-safe materials.
Cold Chain & Packaging
Premium and imported fruit is transported under cold chain (8–12°C) from our hub to your doorstep. Berries, mangosteen, and other delicate items travel in insulated boxes with gel packs. Gift hampers are presented in wooden crates or kraft boxes with a handwritten note where requested.
If You Are Not at Home
Our rider will call you when they are nearby. If no one is available at the delivery address, the rider will wait for up to 10 minutes and then attempt redelivery within the same day. Repeated failed attempts may require you to coordinate a fresh delivery on WhatsApp (+91 98305 72474). For perishable fruit, repeated failed delivery may result in the order being treated as completed at our discretion.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An order confirmation by SMS / WhatsApp;
- An "Out for delivery" message with the rider's name and phone number.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and major wallets via our payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹3,000.
Pre-Orders & Seasonal Fruit
Premium seasonal items (Alphonso mangoes, Kesar mangoes, jamun, peaches, etc.) are available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp if the season runs short.
Issues With Delivery
For anything wrong with your delivery — wrong item, damaged packaging, late delivery, or quality concerns — please WhatsApp us at +91 98305 72474 within 4 hours of delivery and we will make it right, in line with our Freshness Promise (see Refund Policy).
