Our Freshness Promise
At Helloraw, we believe every piece of fruit should be a delight. Each order is hand-selected and graded at dawn to ensure it meets our premium standards before it reaches your home. To help us maintain these standards, we ask for your partnership in checking your delivery.
The "Perfect Pick" Check
Since our fruit is fresh and delicate, we kindly ask that you inspect your order while the delivery partner is with you.

Not quite right? If a piece is bruised or below standard, please return it to the rider immediately.

The Benefit: Checking at the door is the simplest way for us to quickly arrange a fresh replacement or a refund without any extra steps for you.
If You Spot Something Later
We know you might be busy when the doorbell rings. If you discover a quality issue after the delivery partner has left:

WhatsApp Us: Send a quick photo of the fruit to +91 98305 72474 within 4 hours of delivery.

Our Solution: We will send a replacement during our next delivery slot. If the item is out of stock or the season has ended, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes

Freshness First: To ensure we can accurately address quality concerns, we require issues to be reported within the 4-hour window. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for fruit reported after this time or for items that have already been consumed.

Cancellations: You can cancel for a full refund anytime before your order is "Out for Delivery." For cancellations made at the doorstep (for reasons other than quality), a ₹50 logistics fee will be deducted to support our delivery partners.
