Delivery

How fast is HelloRaw delivery?
60 minutes within Kolkata, between 8 AM and 8 PM, seven days a week. Order anytime; if it's outside the window we deliver on the next morning's first slot.

Where do you deliver?
Salt Lake, New Town, Park Street, Ballygunge, Alipore, Bhowanipore, Lake Gardens, and most of South Kolkata. Enter your PIN at checkout to confirm.

Is delivery free?
Free over ₹500. ₹50 below ₹500. Same rates for gift hampers.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
Yes for gift hampers — pick "Schedule for later" in the cart and select a slot up to 7 days out. Standard orders go out within 60 minutes of confirmation.

Quality and freshness

How do you keep fruit cold during delivery?
Every order ships from a temperature-controlled holding area, in insulated packaging with a temperature logger, on a dedicated cold-chain bike. The chain is never broken between cold-store and your door.

What if a fruit isn't perfect when it arrives?
Message us within 24 hours — WhatsApp +91 98305 72474 or email hello@helloraw.in — and we replace the whole item. No photos required, no questions asked.

How long will the fruit stay good?
Most premium fruit peaks within 3–5 days of delivery. Each product page lists "best within X days" specific to that fruit.

Ordering and payment

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net-banking via Razorpay. UPI is fastest — single-tap checkout.

Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes — enter your GSTIN at checkout and we send a GST-compliant tax invoice by email after dispatch.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, anytime before dispatch. Once the rider has the bag, you can refuse delivery at the door for a refund minus a flat ₹50 logistics fee.

Gifting

Can I send a hamper as a gift?
Yes — add a recipient name, address, and gift message in the cart. Sender's details are hidden from the recipient's invoice.

Do you do corporate gifting and bulk orders?
Yes — from 10 hampers up. Email hello@helloraw.in with the subject "Corporate" and our team responds within 24 hours with a custom proposal.
